Do you make custom garments?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer custom orders. 

I’m in love with something that’s out of stock in my size!  What can I do? 
You can email us at thewendyscollection@gmail.com to double check that this garment is out of stock.   We may be able to recreate a design that is out of stock. 

How do I know my order was received?
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.  If you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours, feel free to email us at thewendyscollection@gmail.com

What sales tax will I be charged for my online purchase?
Sales Tax will only be charged for customers shipping to an address in the state of Georgia.

When will I be charged for my order?
All orders are charged at the time of purchase. Note: All pre orders are charged at time of purchase as well.

I need to make a change to my order.  How can I do that?
If you need to change, please contact us immediately at 678-254-8953  M-F 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 p.m. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.  

I just placed my order but I need to add another item to it, how can I do that?
Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase via email thewendyscollection@gmail.com or call 678-254-8953 M-F 10 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.  The best thing for you to do is place a new order for the item and contact us. If you are shipping to the same shipping address and place your second order on the same day as your first order, we will gladly waive shipping on the second order.

How do I track the status of my order?
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a USPS, FEDEX, or UPS tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place an order, there are a few things to keep in mind before we process your order.  Keep in mind you will receive a detailed email confirming your order.

1. Credit card approval
2. Most garments are made to order, which may take up to   10 - 21 business days (please contact us if you need it sooner, rush order fee $50.00)
3. Orders received by 12:00pm EST will be processed the same day (M-F). Orders received after 12:00pm EST will be processed the following business day. 
4. There are certain holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.) that carriers do not pickup or deliver.

 


What are my shipping options
We currently offer 3 shipping methods via UPS and USPS:

  •  Priority Mail -  3-7 business days 
  •  Express Mail - 2-4 business days 
  •  Overnight - Next business day


I should have received my package by now. What should I do?

  1. Check your ship date
  2. Track your order on www.usps.com www.ups.com or www.fedex.com
  3. If your order still hasn't arrived, call us at 678-254-8953 or email us at thewendyscollection@gmail.com. We will be more than happy to help you track your package.


How do I exchange or return my order?

I have a store credit, how do I use it?
Store credits never expire. Use the store credit code at checkout, it will automatically deduct from your payment.

I am an international customer and when I received my product I had to pay extra money.  What’s up with that?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. The Wendy S Collection does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. The Wendy S. Collection is not responsible for customs duties or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer.   For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
