Return Policy


Masks Order Returns
Due to the current global Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, we will not accept mask returns for safety reasons.  If there is an issue with your purchased mask please contact us to rectify the issue.  Thank you & Stay safe


All other product orders
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt.  Please note your original shipping cost is non-refundable. Your refund will include your subtotal of item(s) plus tax( if stated on your order).

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

The Wendy S Collection will not except, item(s) that are worn, used, damaged, or altered. Please note, items will not be accepted if these Return & Exchange requirements are not met.  The order will be returned to the customer.


Store Credits  
Our store credits expire 90 days after the date we notify you of your store credit. 


Masks, Samples and Final Sale garments

These items are sold as-is, and are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Do not ship items back to us before contacting us via email:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

We will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item.  In the unlikely event you have received a defective item or believe it was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at or 754-213-4702 for assistance. In your email, it is required that you attach a picture of your damaged item to the email. We'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item within 7 days of your package delivery.

We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you track your return. The shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide the tracking info as part of the service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee.

Please allow 12 - 14 business days from our receipt of your return to see your credit back on your card. If you have any questions, please email us anytime at .

International Credit Card Refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
