Domestic Ground

We offer FREE shipping on U.S. DOMESTIC orders

  • FREE Priority Mail (3-7 business days)
  • $25.00 Express Mail (2-4 business days)
  • $45.00 Next Day (next business day)

Please note Free Ground Shipping does not apply to international orders or orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands.

Do we ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

What if I put in the wrong shipping address?

We definitely understand mistakes happen, but it may cause a delay in delivery.  If the package is returned due the address being entered incorrectly,  we will email you with the status and we may include a re-shipping fee to the order.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately at  THEWENDYSCOLLECTION@GMAIL.COM and we will try to cancel your order for you.  However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.  As a result, we cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

What are my shipping options?

  • Priority Mail, which normally takes 3-7 business days shipping within the USA.
  • Expedited/Express Mailing which normally takes 2-4 business day delivery.
  • Next Day, you will receive your order the next business day


Does the Wendy S Collection provide International and Canada Shipping?
Yes, we do provide International Shipping.  

International shipping is calculated at checkout.

 

  • Express delivery is not valid for International Shipping
  • Free Shipping does not apply to International orders

Who is responsible for customs fees?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. The Wendy S Collection does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. The Wendy S. Collection is not responsible for customs duties or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer.   For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. 

 

How long will customs hold my package?

Once your package is in customs we have no control over customs inspection time frame.  For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

 

When will my order get here?

There are a few factors

  • Credit card payment approval and processing
  • Although we normally produce a quick turnaround time for our garments, please keep in mind that our items are hand crafted/made to order. Production time may increase due to prior orders or garment details. 
  • Items normally are ready for shipment 10 - 21 business days after payment approval has been received.
  • Orders received by 12:00pm EST will be processed the same day (M-F). Orders received after 12:00pm EST will be processed the following business day.   We do not process nor mail orders on Holidays and Weekends.
  • The shipping carrier service you selected, (Priority 3-7 business days, Express 2-4 business days, or Next Day business)

How can I track my package?
The Wendy S Collection will provide tracking per package. Once package has been shipped, We are no longer held responsible for any loss or damage package. We insure all packages shipped.
